Gill gearbox oil level sensors are specifically designed to withstand the extreme environments encountered in racecar transmission applications. Each sensor utilises advanced capacitive technology to accurately monitor the gearbox oil level, giving real-time feedback to race engineers.
Each sensor is designed to the customer’s exact requirements, with a rapid turnaround time from initial design to delivery. We have vast experience providing gearbox level sensor solutions to endurance and sports car applications and will offer installation and design advice to ensure optimum performance of the sensor.
All Gill gearbox oil level sensors are designed to be robust, compact and lightweight, with aluminium, titanium and carbon fibre constructions weighing as little as 40g. Each sensor is designed with fully integrated electronics and customer specified harness or integrated connector, with multiple on-board oil grade calibration storage functions, enabling the sensor to be instantly re-configured in up to twelve different oil types without the need to remove the sensor from the gearbox. |
