Gill speed sensors are ideal for wheel or gear speed monitoring, particularly suited for traction control systems in rally applications. We have a number of standard sensor designs available and can rapidly produce custom sensors, which are perfectly suited to your application without modification to your existing mounting positions.
Each Gill speed sensor uses a dual element hall-effect device to detect the rotation speed of a ferrous toothed metal target wheel. What sets our sensors apart are the unique internal designs and sealing methods, which allow full immersion in oil at high temperatures, without a reduction in performance.
